Hey, I’m Skyler Greene
a photographer and creative director born and raised in Marin County, California. I began my professional career in Berlin while studying design, the practice of studio lighting, and traditional analog photography before finding my way back to the Bay Area. Currently, my focus is landscape, wedding, lifestyle, and portrait photography. I aim to capture moments that inspire the connection between our human experience and the world's natural splendor.
My admiration of the natural world also led me to create an environmentally conscious company, Candy Mountain Collective, which works with a variety of outdoor brands, organizations, and individuals committed to preserving our planet and her resources.
Today, you can find me working out of my photo studio in Oakland, California with my two rescue cats, Sierra and Stormy.

As much as I love nature, I am equally drawn to humans, in all their unique glory. All the shapes, colors, sizes, and configurations of people pairs inspire me.
Connecting to humans and making them feel like themselves is something I am naturally drawn to, especially with a process that can be as awkward as being in front of the lens. My trick is to approach shooting together like a group of friends on an adventure. I aim to disarm nerves and entice a soul to be itself.
